01 Pesto pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and asparagus
I wanted to showcase the lightness and freshness of the pesto. Hence i decided to go for the whiter-brighter mood to showcase the dish, while arragning the raw ingreidents of the dish in an organised-mess fashion. I also felt that the red and green colours also would pop out better on a lighter coloured background.
